A pro-Palestinian Jewish student is suing a Canadian university for temporarily suspending him for participating in unauthorized campus protests. Daniel Freeman-Maloy is suing York University for hundreds of thousands of dollars for suspending him for three years for what university officials called flagrant disruption of campus life and unauthorized use of a bullhorn in contravention of university policy.
