A rabbi who could face the death penalty for allegedly contracting to murder his wife must remain in jail while awaiting his trial. A New Jersey judge ruled that Rabbi Fred Neulander, charged in connection with the 1994 murder of his wife, Carol, is more likely to flee now that a grand jury indicted him earlier this week on capital murder charges.
