A resolution offered by Assemblyman Mendelhaum, New York City, a Demodrat, memorializing Congress to enact legislation permiting of greater immigration, was referred to the Judiciary Committee of the New York State Senate Monday. There seems to be little likelihood that the resolution will be acted upon.
