A Russian Jewish leader, nine Russian officials and 17 police officers flew to San Francisco for a seminar on fighting hate crimes. The U.S. State Department, the Anti-Defamation League and the Bay Area Council for Jewish Rescue and Renewal are sponsoring the weeklong seminar for the group from the Russian city of Ryazan.
