A security alert in Central Israel was lowered Tuesday after Israeli troops nabbed a Palestinian suspected of planning to carry out a suicide bombing. The suspected bomber was arrested in the West Bank, while an alleged accomplice was apprehended in Kafr Kasim, inside Israel, Israel Radio reported.
