A senior State Department official told lawmakers that the department is searching for a way to include rewards on its Web site for information leading to the arrest of Palestinian terrorists who kill American citizens. “We will move ahead and find a way of advertising on the Web site,” said William Burns, assistant secretary of state for Near Eastern Affairs.
