A solution was found to allow non-Jewish passengers on a small airline’s flights within Israel. Israel’s Transportation Ministry announced it would install temporary X-ray scanning machines in Kiryat Shmona after reports that the Tamir planes would not allow non-Jewish passengers on flights to Tel Aviv because of a lack of scanning equipment to detect possible terrorists.
