A statement issued here today by the Roumanian embassy says that the Roumanian minister of the interior, Dr. Alexander Vayda Voevod, never declared that the Jews were guilty of starting the anti-Semitic disturbances nor did he ever promise support to Danila and Nicolai Totu, the notorious anti-Semitic agitators.
