A suspected Nazi war criminal will stand trial in Germany for alleged involvement in 164 murders in Slovakia in 1945. Ladislav Niznansky, 86, was arrested in Munich in January and has been in a jail hospital ever since. A former Slovakian citizen who later received German citizenship, Niznansky was charged on March 17 in a Munich court.
