A suspected Syrian spy was captured on the Golan Heights. Israeli authorities lifted a gag order Monday on the case, the second infiltration into the Golan from Syria in as many months. According to the army, a Syrian equipped with binoculars and a video camera was caught by troops in a demilitarized zone near Kuneitra on Sunday. He is believed to have been carrying out reconnaissance against an Israeli army base.
