A Swiss judge is meeting with Argentine judicial authorities about Swiss bank accounts believed to belong to former Argentine President Carlos Menem. According to the 1998 testimony of a former Iranian security agent, Iranian authorities paid Menem $10 million to stop an Argentine court investigation of possible Iranian connections to the July 1994 bombing of the AMIA Jewish center in Buenos Aires.
