A synagogue in the Russian city of Borovichi was again vandalized, according to the Moscow office of the Anti-Defamation League. Four windows were broken May 10. ADL officials had already sent a letter to local authorities urging them to investigate previous attacks on the synagogue, which was opened last year with help from U.S. Jews.
