A tennis court is blocking the restitution of Jewish properties in the Czech Republic. The Czech government agreed Wednesday to return six more properties to Jewish communities, bringing the total to 33 of state-owned properties confiscated by the Nazis and the former Communist regime that have been returned to Jewish hands in the past decade. But the Cabinet could not agree whether to return a tennis court owned by the Interior Ministry and a separate Labor Ministry building.
