A testimonial dinner is being planned here by a committee of one hundred prominent men and women of the Jewish community in honor of the sixtieth birthday of Rabbi Stephen S. Wise of the Free Synagogue, New York, at the grand ballroom of the Stevens Hotel on March 27.
The affair is to be held under the auspices of the Chicago committee of the American Jewish Congress.
