A testimonial dinner to Dr. S. Margoshes, editor of the Day, will be given by the Council of Jewish Organizations for Palestine. The tentative date for the dinner has been set at May 27, at the Hotel Astor.
The dinner to Dr. Margoshes will be in recognition of his having given “strength and purpose to the American protest movement against the persecution of Jews in Germany and against the growth of Nazism in the United States.”
