A three-man Quaker delegation is en route to Germany on the Queen Mary “to observe and bring back some idea how we could help to alleviate conditions there” regarding the refugee problem, the American Friends Service Committee announced here. The Philadelphia Record, which spoke to a member of the delegation by radio telephone, said the group hoped “to see Chancellor Hitler himself.”
