A top lawyer representing Israeli President Moshe Katsav in his rape case quit. David Liba’i, a former Israeli justice minister, announced late Sunday that he was stepping down from Katsav’s defense team. He will be replaced by Avigdor Feldman, who is well known for taking on tough civil-rights cases.
