A track for motorcycle races was built in Ukraine on the site of a mass shooting of Jews during World War II. Earlier this month, local anti-Semites reportedly warned the Jewish community in the city of Izmail, near the Ukranian-Romanian border, that Jews will be beaten if they become too active, according to the Union of Councils for Jews in the Former Soviet Union.
