A Turkish court gave life sentences to two Islamic militants who tried to kill a Jewish businessman. The court in Istanbul found Yasar Polat and Kamil Askin, who allegedly belonged to the underground organization Islamic Action, guilty of trying to kill Jak Kamhi in 1993.
