A U.N. team arrived in Beirut to investigate a videotape that a U.N. peacekeeper made a day after Hezbollah gunmen kidnapped three Israeli soldiers last October. The team will also look into reports that U.N. peacekeepers may have witnessed the kidnapping or collaborated with Hezbollah.
