A U.S. appeals court ruled that a 79-year-old man should be stripped of his U.S. citizenship because he helped Nazis find Jews during World War II. The case against Algimantas Dailide was brought by the Justice Department’s Office of Special Investigations, which charged that he served in the Saugumas, the Nazi-sponsored Lithuanian security police.
