A U.S. appeals court upheld a decision stripping a former concentration camp guard of his U.S. citizenship. On Monday, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals denied the appeal of Iwan Mandycz, who lost his citizenship after a judge ruled last year that he concealed his wartime behavior when he applied to immigrate to the United States in 1949.
