Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.) proposed legislation Monday that would downgrade the organization’s Washington office because of calls by Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas to unite with Hamas and Islamic Jihad, which are on the State Department’s Foreign Terrorist Organization list.
