A U.S. federal appeals court will hear oral arguments on motions to overturn Jonathan Pollard’s imprisonment. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit will hear Pollard’s case Tuesday. Attorney Jacques Semmelman said Pollard is seeking access to classified information that was used to determine his sentencing.
