A Ukrainian Jewish tycoon said he would buy the remaining 30 percent stake in the NTV television station still owned by Vladimir Goussinsky, a Russian Jewish tycoon now living in exile. Vadim Rabinovich told reporters that he wants to make money and not “play political games” with the station.
