A vote of confidence in the Zionist Organization of America and in Louis Lipsky, was unanimously adopted at a regional conference of Zionist leaders and United Palestine Appeal committees of Western Pennsylvania held here yesterday. Plans were also discussed for the Zionist convention which is to be opened in this city on July 1.

At a meeting, which was presided over by Dr. M. B. Lichtenstein, the present controversy was discussed. The motion declaring confidence in the Zionist Administration was made by Arman H. Friedman of McKeesport and was unanimously passed.

Dr. Charles F. Wilinsky, Deputy Commissioner of Health of the City of Boston, was named General Director of the new Beth Israel Hospital, Boston, Mass. Dr. Wilinsky assumes office, taking full charge of the new hospital on May 15th.
