A weeklong festival of Jewish arts and culture is under way in Moscow. The Third Annual Solomon Mikhoels Festival features dance, vocal and musical performances by Russian, Israeli and U.S. artists. It is being organized by the Federation of Jewish Communities of Russia, which on Monday opened a new Jewish community center in Moscow.
