Aaron B. Tart, former executive vice-president of the American ORT, died here last night at the U.S. Marine Hospital on Staten Island. He became ill in Saigon where he served as co-ordinator of Economic Cooperation Administration projects, and was flown back from Indo-China to New York last Saturday. He retired from service in the ORT in 1948, after having been associated with the organization for ten years.
