Abel Shaban, president of the World OSE Union, was honored here last night by more than 100 prominent physicians and representatives of medical groups and health services on the eve of his return to South Africa.
Mr. Shaban was presented with a certificate of his inscription in the Jewish National Fund Golden Book in honor of his work for the Jewish health society. Prof. M. Grushka of the Hebrew University, who made the presentation, hailed the OSE’s activities in Israel and throughout the world.
