About 300 Palestinians and their supporters paraded through Montreal last Saturday to protest the 31st anniversary of Israel’s independence and the Israeli-Egyptian peace treaty. The parade was sponsored by the Quebec Palestine Committee. Marchers shouted such slogans as “Yesterday the Shah, tomorrow Sadat.”
