The General Zionists gained another seat on the Tel Aviv municipal council today with the final count of the soldier vote.
The absentee ballots did not affect the standing of any of the other parties in the city. Over 130,000 persons voted, the final tallies reveal. This means that some 81 percent of the total electorate voted in the municipal balloting.
