According to a comprehensive report just published here, 6,500 meals and more than 10,000 articles of clothing, underwear and footwear were distributed among refugees through special relief organizations set up by the Wilno Jewish Community after Soviet Russia’s occupation of the city. Up to Jan. 1, the community established 43 kitchens providing three meals daily.
