Contracts were signed today for building 130 houses, several roads and a water supply system for Kyryath Chaim, new colony on Haifa Bay, named for the late Dr. Chaim Arlosoroff, Laborite leader killed by assassins last year. More than $200,000 will be spent for the work. The first group of settlers already is established there.
