Action is urged to protect the Jewish community in Syria after reports reach the United States of the murder of a 25-year-old pregnant Jewish mother, Lillian Antabi Abadi, and her two small children, in the Syrian town of Aleppo where some 700 Jews reside.

King Hassan blames domestic rioting in Morocco on “a multifaceted conspiracy perpetrated by Marxist-Leninists, Zionist agents and Kohmeinists.” Reports say that no Jews in Morocco’s estimated 20,000 person Jewish community were killed or wounded in the rioting.

The Vatican is urged to conduct an investigation into its role in aiding and abetting the escape of Nazwar criminals from Europe after World War II following the publication of what becomes known as the La Vista report, a 1947 U.S. intelligence document linking the Vatican to illegal movement of Nazis from Europe.
