Activities of the Jewish Legion’s colony in Vadi Chawarath, Palestine, will be described by L. Sherman, secretary of the legion there. He arrived here recently and will give a report to the American Palestine Jewish Legion at the Hotel Victoria, Monday. Plans, which will be submitted by the colonization committee regarding the $40,000 Zundelewitz bequest, call for further development of the colony on a large tract of land granted by the Jewish National Fund. The land is sufficient to settle 100 legionnaires, of whom twenty are already there.
