Celluloid inclosed photographs placed on tombstones in the Jewish Waldheim Cemetery at Forest Park a suburb west of Chicago, have been used as targets by boys with air rifles, it was revealed today. More than 500 pictures of the deceased have been defaced in the past two weeks. The mayor of Forest Park has called a special meeting of the council to consider steps to terminate the vandalism.
