Aden will help Jewish refugees from Yemen to proceed to Israel, provided adequate assistance is forthcoming from Jewish organizations, Prof. Selig Brodetsky, president of the Board of Deputies of British Jews, announced today at a board meeting. He based his announcement en a communication received from the Colonial Office.

Brodetsky reported that the situation of the Jews in Yemen continued to be very unsatisfactory.” He also voiced disappointment over the government’s refusal compensate the victims of last year’s Aden riots.

A report submitted to the Board by its defense committee revealed that Fascist sponsored meetings in Britain are now poorly attended. In an election last week to the Kensington County Council, it was noted, two Fascist candidates drew a total ## 600 votes as compared with the 21,000 cast for winning Conservative candidates.
