This announcement was made Sunday night by Louis Marshall, president of the American Jewish Committee, who presided at the meeting of the Men’s Club of Temple Emanu-El, when Dr. Weizmann spoke to the members on Palestine.
The meeting of the commissioners will be held within the next two months in America or Europe, Mr. Marshall explained.
A large gathering was present at the meeting which was held at the Temple on Fifth Avenue and 76th Street. The Zionist leader, who reviewed the history of the Zionist movement in the past ten years and the Palestine work during the same period, was given an enthusiastic ovation, the audience rising after he was introduced by Mr. Marshall.
