Establishment of a small administrative committee of the Jewish Agency for Palestine, to sit permanently in Jerusalem, was decided upon today at a meeting of the Agency’s executive, it was reliably learned.
A scheduled meeting here next month of the regular administrative committee was abandoned, it was also learned.
Zionists and non-Zionists will be members of the new committee on a fifty-fifty basis, it was stated. It will have virtually the same functions as the large body. Its functions and other details will be determined by the Agency executive at a conference tomorrow.
