The three-year trade agreement signed here last month between Israel and the European Common Market went into effect today. The pact provides tariff concessions for 21 agricultural and industrial products exported by Israel to the member states of the European Economic Community.
These states are France, West Germany, Italy, Beligium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg. The agreement is the second of its kind signed between the EEC and a non-member country.
