Immediate aid for the Jewish colonies in Eupatoria, which suffered from heavy snow and frost, was sent by the Agrojoint which now has charge of these colonies. They were formally under the jurisdiction of the Ozet.

The situation has been relieved with flour, fodder and fuel. The sum of 5,000 roubles was sent to the colonies. The frost is decreasing. Livestock was not affected by the frost. A telegram from the colonies declared that the snow cover assures protection of the winter crop.
