Al-Qaida considered attacking Israeli and U.S. Jewish sites, according to the commission report on the Sept. 11 attacks. The report, released Thursday, says American intelligence agencies had received signals that Al-Qaida was looking to attack Israel and Jewish targets in New York in the months before the terrorist group carried out its attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.
