The Albuquerque Jewish community will send $10,000 worth of cattle to Israel for breeding and beef purposes, it was announced here today by Simon Goldman, president of the Jewish Welfare Federation of this city.
Arthur Ravel, a local grain merchant who is chairman of the cattle project, declared that considerable time and research were needed to select the types of cattle most suitable for Israel. He revealed that study is now being given to the best ##athods of transporting the cattle to the Jewish state.
