Alexander Feldman, released on April 22 after serving a 3-1/2 year labor camp sentence, is scheduled to leave for Israel with his family on July 15, the Greater New York Conference on Soviet Jewry reported. Feldman was sentenced in 1973 after being convicted for “malicious hooliganism”.
