The United States Senate passed to-day the bill introduced by Congressman Dickstein, on of the Jewish Congressmen, who is Chairman of the Immigration Committee of the House of Representatives, exempting from the quota immigration restrictions the alien husbands of women who are American citizens, regardless of the date of their marriage.
The bill was already passed by the House of Representatives last week.
