Field Marshall Hermann Goering, economic dictator, today ordered all German Jews and foreign Jews living in Germany to register their properties exceeding 5,000 marks (about $2,000) in value, by June 30.
The administration of the Prussian State Vineyards has issued instructions that no wine is to be told to “non-Aryans.” At the same time, the Union of German wine auctioneers decided to sell wine exclusively to “Aryan” merchants and agents and to expel members flouting the decision.
The Nuremberg Heiliggeist Hospital has adopted new regulations barring Jewish patients. Jews were also forbidden the use of municipal archives and libraries in Nuremberg. The mayor of Bad Schandau has decreed that Jews are not to be admitted to the resort’s hotels and boarding houses because there are no longer any available having maids over 45 years old. (Under the Nuremberg laws Jews are forbidden to employ “Aryan” maids under 45.)
