Israel’s Deputy Prime Minister Yigal Allon arrived here yesterday on his way home from the United States. His visit was private and it was not known whether he will meet formally with any members of the British Government. Gen. Allon will get together with Defense Minister Denis Healey when both serve as panelists at the 10th annual conference of the Institute of Strategic Studies here on Friday. The panel will discuss the influence of strategy on policy.
