The sixth national convention of the Agudas Israel organization of America closed here last night without adopting any resolution on the question of participation in the Palestine conference now going on in London.
The convention, which was attended by 450 delegates from the U.S., Canada and Central America, urged unification of efforts by Zionist and non-Zionist Jewish organizations to obtain legal entry of European Jews to Palestine by appealing to all democratic countries. The delegates also approved a resolution thanking American military forces for aiding in the liberation of European Jews.
Rabbi Eliezer Silver was re-elected president of the organization.
