Representatives of the Independent Order B’nai B’rith, the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (Hias), the American Jewish Committee, the American Jewish Congress, the National Council of Jewish Women, and the Independent Order B’rith Abraham, appeared to-day in Washington before the Immigration Committee of Congress to plead for facilities to admit the relatives of residents in the United States in order to re-unite families at present separated by the American immigration laws.
