A group of American investors from Oklahoma has joined a number of Israeli oil prospecting firms in a joint venture to explore for oil in the Tzilkag-Negev area, it was disclosed here today.
The Oklahoma group specializes in oil prospecting. It was not known yet under which name it would operate in Israel. Among the Israeli partners in the venture is the Paz Company which is owned by Sir Isaac Wolfson, the British Jewish industrialist and philanthropist.
